Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We provide a size chart on each product page to help you determine the best size to order. If you have any questions about sizing or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You'll be asked to provide your shipping and payment information, and you'll have a chance to review your order before submitting it.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We aim to ship out all orders within 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, usually takes 1 week to be shipped out. Orders are shipped via third-party logistics (SF express) so shipping times will vary. We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package's progress.

Q: What if I need to return or exchange an item?
A: Unfortunately we do not accept returns. We accept exchange once for each order upon 7 days your order is delivered but shipping fee is not covered. Please read the item descriptions and size chart carefully before you place your order.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Unfortunately for now we only offer local shipping in Hong Kong.

A: Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once your order is confirmed.
